Safeguarding
We take student safety seriously. Every piece of content is reviewed by a person before it goes live, and can be taken down immediately if there's a problem.
Content safety
Important note
Human-reviewed before publication
Content safety
- Students only see content that's been reviewed and approved. Nothing in draft or under review ever reaches them.
- Every piece of content is versioned - we can trace exactly what was shown and when.
- If you or the student spots something wrong, you can report it directly from the app.
- We can remove any content immediately, individually or in bulk.
- Starter mode is deliberately limited until a parent or guardian confirms the profile.
Important note
GCSEHelp.com is not an emergency service and does not provide medical or mental health support.
If a student is at risk or needs urgent help, contact local emergency services or a trusted safeguarding lead.
How content is reviewed
We use AI to accelerate creation, but every published question and pack is reviewed by a human before a student sees it.
